Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return or exchange.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear with removed tags
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We only exchange items for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist you.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
